Shepard Boulevard Elementary School, established in 1968, is situated on land that was once part of the Shepard Dairy Farm. The school proudly carries the Stallions as its mascot and features green and gold as its official colors.

The school day at Shepard runs from 8:20 AM to 3:20 PM. For the 2024-2025 academic year, the school is home to approximately 475 students.

Every classroom at Shepard is equipped with a ClearTouch Board and 1-to-1 student  iPads. Additionally, the school has a permanent computer lab and a maker space, providing students with access to various technological and STEM resources.
